What Mallory's Clients Say
Here you will find heartfelt stories and genuine feedback from our clients. These personal accounts highlight the profound impact of our holistic approach on their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
"I appreciated the approach you took from the beginning of our very first sessions, working slowly to ground me in my space and make me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured or rushed to get everything out all at once because I understood things would unfold as they came up naturally. I really felt supported each session to approach difficult feelings with curiosity rather than fear or anger. You have a very unique style of listening and synthesizing what I was communicating with you that made me feel like we were a team rather than just being on my own trying to figure out how to explain things to a stranger. I am grateful for the tools you helped bring into my consciousness - the sheepskin blanket for tactile support, setting up my oil diffuser with intentionality, grounding myself in the physical spaces I am operating from - and for the connections you helped me make between my past actions and current feelings. I would enthusiastically recommend you to any of my friends. You really put me in control of the sessions and guided me expertly to deeper understanding." - Jessica M.
"I really enjoyed working with Mallory. She was always incredibly warm and grounding and created a safe space for me to push myself outside of my comfort zone. I felt like I could be vulnerable with her right away and I always left our sessions with a fresh perspective, feeling a little lighter. She helped me stick to my goals in therapy but also gave me room to explore other topics as they arose. I appreciated that it truly felt like it was MY time and I am thankful to have learned and grown so much in my time spent with her." - Linda F.
"I really appreciated how Mallory focused on helping me identify the resources that were most accessible to me. After each session, I felt validated and confident that 1) I had the tools I needed to address my challenges and 2) healing actually required less work than I thought." - Kathleen L.
